STEP 1
Consultation
Your dedicated account manager will discuss your billing needs with you and provide you with a proposal of the solutions we can offer for you that would best fit your services and requirements. You will also be given all relevant info in regards to available tariffs, payouts, setup times etc.
STEP 2
Application
When you are ready to progress we will set up your account, complete the paperwork and start the application process with the mobile networks on your behalf (for Premium SMS and Direct Carrier Billing). For P2A (Click2SMS) and our voice billing solutions we will set up your account and assign you numbers for testing as well as provide you with an introduction to our IT team to facilitate the setup.
STEP 3
Implementation
Once approval by the networks has been given for Premium SMS and Direct Carrier Billing, you will receive all relevant information to implement the solution at your end and carry out some testing to ensure everything is working smoothly. Upon successful test you are ready to start promoting the new solution to your consumers.
